BioMy name is Mike. I work in a Cal State University Library, and also teach Political Science at two local junior colleges. I've named my blog "Vibrant Marketplace," which is meant to be a bow toward the "vibrant marketplace of ideas" that Thomas Jefferson hoped would represent our U.S. political culture. I hope to post articles on politics, arts, food, culture, music, travel and education.
